IT Advisory Board
The IT Council for Research and Education is an advisory body to the head of department on matters relating to IT in research, education / training/programme* and administration. The Council is tasked with supporting the department’s core activities through strategic planning and the prioritisation of IT resources.
A key part of its assignment is to monitor technological developments and take into account changing requirements from central administration and the faculty. Its work must be based on current guidelines for security, standardisation and good governance.
The IT Council consists of:
- VACANT IT-manager (temporarily Helena Filipsson)
- Helena Filipsson, Administrative Head of Department
- Jean-Nicolas Poussart, Assistant Director of Studies
- Andreas Nilsson
- Lars Eklund
- Anders Björkelund
IT staff at the faculty office may be co-opted to attend Council meetings.
