The Management Group is an advisory and preparatory body that supports the Head of Department in the governance, management and monitoring of the department’s overall activities. It also serves as an important forum for coordination and dialogue, and is intended to promote mutual exchange and regular consultation between those responsible for operations within the department.

This also includes initiating and supporting integration activities within the department. The group’s work covers, amongst other things, overarching issues relating to education, research, infrastructure, collaboration, finance and budgeting, recruitment and communication. The group meets every Monday.

The management team consists of the Head of Department, Assistant Heads of Department, Directors of Studies for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, and the Head of Administration.

  • Petter Pilesjö, Head of Department
  • Anna Maria Jönsson, Assistant Head of Department with a focus on integration and collaboration
