Fault reporting
To simplify the handling of fault reports and service requests, all faults and requirements relating to the building should be sent to a single email address.
Examples of issues you can report:
- Ventilation and temperature
- Leaking taps or other plumbing problems
- Locks (both Salto and mechanical)
- Furniture and rearrangements
- Facility management
- Moving
Fault reports should therefore not be sent directly to Akademiska Hus or LU-kortet. All issues are handled through geocentrumservice [at] mgeo [dot] lu [dot] se
How to report a fault
Describe the fault or issue as accurately as possible and specify which room it concerns in your email to:
