Fault reporting

To simplify the handling of fault reports and service requests, all faults and issues relating to the building should be sent to a single email address.

Examples of issues you can report:

• Ventilation and temperature
• Leaking taps or other plumbing issues
• Locks (both SALTO and mechanical)
• Furniture and office rearrangements
• Facility management
• Office relocations and moves

Fault reports should not be sent directly to Akademiska Hus or LU Card Services. All issues are handled through:

Access permissions

If you need access to doors within the building, please contact geocentrumservice [at] mgeo [dot] lu [dot] se (geocentrumservice[at]mgeo[dot]lu[dot]se) and provide:

• Room number
• Start date
• End date

For access to laboratories, please contact:

lab [at] mgeo [dot] lu [dot] se (lab[at]mgeo[dot]lu[dot]se)
